Q1. My Family wishes to get our car loaded in our presence. Is it feasible?
A1. Yes, BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. value the client and his valuable belongings. We have the requisite vehicle carrier which can load the car in your presence at your home and similarly can deliver the same at your new home.

Q2. How should I believe we will get satisfactory services at the destination of deport?
A2. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. is a well established PAN India company, having 72 operative branches of its own at key locations and cities and is in possession of light to heavy modern transport carriers, shifting/transporting equipments, all-weather strong packing and well trained man-power and handling staff at all its branches. We observe complete safety measures and have proper means, technique and knowledge to handle almost everything from a tiny piece of pin to heavy machinery. Our main motto is utmost satisfaction to our widely spread clients all over India.

Q3. How many days prior notice BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. needs to make survey of goods to be shifted?
A3. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd.. being a well net organization expects atleast 3 days prior notice for making survey of your goods since we work methodically through proper planning and dedicated specialized team of workers who may, at times, due to heavy load of work are engaged on other assignments. But rest assured all customers are treated as VIP.

Q4. My Wife would wish to install Mandir before entering the new house at destination. Is it possible?
A4. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. respects the sentiments and religious importance attached to Pooja material in Indian families. We give top most priority to such articles of goods and pack them as Article No. 1. The mandir is always packed in suitably developed and adequately protected well designed Mandir boxes & blocks. The Mandir is delivered as a first article under strict supervision of our supervisor and our handling staff wears clean clothes and gloves to maintain its sanctity and impart fullest respect to such kind of religious goods.

Q5. I had lost nuts and bolts of my bed and had to face lots of inconvenience during my earlier movement. Do you have solution to avoid such problems?
A5. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. has special boxes for storing such types of items like keys, nut- bolts, etc and the same are marked as accessories to Article No.1 . The boxes containing these items are delivered first on reaching at their destination site . We do our best to avoid any human error in transporting and handling such items.

Q6. I need to have status report of my shipment, on daily basis can it be provided?
A6. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. has 24*7 hours customer care department in our Head Office which caters the need of our valuable customers and keeps track of all moving consignment through the day. The client can seek information about his consignment at any time, on any day, through contact to our helpline numbers (i.e. 9313306671).

Q7.Though I prefer to engage BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd., for shipment of my goods, but am told their rates are too high. Is it correct and if so, why?
A7. Not at all. Our rates are very much reasonable. The visiting officer will address your questions. Besides we provide value based services which is an experience in it- Self. We do not shift household goods but emotions.

Q8. In case there is damage to the goods under transit, what kinds of settlement/procedures are followed by BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd.?
A8. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. adopt all safety measures to avoid any kind of damage to your goods. However, in case of any unpredictable mishap we ensure our client speedy settlement of their claims from the insurance company with whom we have long association and understanding.

Q9. What kind of arrangements BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd., have for shifting goods to international Locations?
A9. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. have maintained separate staff to handle international bookings and transfers. We subscribe to international standards of packing, shifting, forwarding and delivery processes as per local conditions and environments of the deporting country and city. We have adequate arrangements with our foreign associates and agents in each country.

Q10. I am worried about my perishable food – items. How is BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. going to handled and preserve the same?
A10. BD Aggarwal Carrier Pvt. Ltd. advices the clients not to shift fast-perishable and food-items such as Vegetables, Fruits, Flowers, Ghee, Pickles etc. as these may spoil your other valuable items. However we do make arrangements for shifting grocery household items in sealed boxes as per requirements of the clients.

Q11. Can you hold the consignment at destination for a week, if so what are the charges.?
A11. Yes, we can do this the visiting officer will address the questions.
